Payment Information
All orders must include payment information. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, check, or money order. We also accept purchase orders (Net 30 terms).
Please email, fax, or mail your signed purchase order along with your order form. You can also download our W-9 form. To avoid duplicate orders, please choose only one submission method.
Shipping
Please allow 1–2 business days for processing. Most shipments to the continental U.S. arrive within 3–6 business days.
Rush orders placed before 10:30 a.m. Central Time, Monday–Friday ship the same day.
