Description

Watch as students show enthusiasm while they practice waiting patiently for their turn. During class, students will be asked to brainstorm definitions or ideas of the word "zest." Once that step is completed, the next step in the lesson is an activity that will require them to practice the skills of being patient and safely following instructions. Someone who possesses zest is full of life and approaches situations with eagerness! Read the book ZEST: Live It! and have students follow up with this exercise.
