The Five Downloadable Activities include:

Activity 1 – The Brain Game – Students will be able to identify different regions of the brain and their job or function. Handout, Worksheet, and Answer Key included.
Activity 2 – Scavenger Hunts – Students will practice being mindful and creative while collecting or looking for a variety of different things on a scavenger hunt. Scavenger Hunt List & Worksheet included. 
Activity 3 – Mindful Moments – Students will compare and then practice a variety of mindfulness activities they can incorporate into their daily routines. Worksheets included. 
Activity 4 – Train Your P.U.P.P.Y. Mind – Students will use their senses, recognize and name their feelings, and demonstrate techniques to calm their bodies and minds. Handout and Activity Worksheets included. 
Activity 5 – PAWS-itive Coping Strategies – Students will identify a coping strategy they think will best help them deal with a specific emotion. Handout and Activity Worksheets included.
