Designed to accompany the Middle School Misfits: The Stained Glass Tree chapter book, this Teacher Activity Guide provides 20 lessons and activities to help teachers and counselors guide students as they learn to adjust and make the most of this important time in their lives.
The guide is broken into five sections: A Healthy Self (4 activities), Interacting with Others (5 activities), Emotional Intelligence (4 activities), Decisions (3 activities), Just for Fun (4 activities).
Each section includes three to five activities to engage students in discussion, self-reflection, and learning on these important topics. Some activities refer back to the Middle School Misfits chapter book, but most can be used on
their own.
Each activity includes instructions, materials lists, worksheets, and handouts, which are all available for download using the code included in this guide.
