stressawareness.jpgThe theme for our daily FREE activities this month will be handling stress and developing a growth mindset. Look for a new activity every weekday developed from our social skill storybooks.

Check out our suggested storybooks here and download the daily activities here.

We have developed some additional resources to help manage stress and improve communication.

Our communicating with kids resource guide includes specific tips in a Q&A format about communicating with children ages K-12. These questions have been answered by a variety of experts from multiple programs including Boys Town Center for Behavioral Health, Boys Town Common Sense Parenting program, and Boys Town Hotline.

The second resource is a collection of relaxation activities for all ages, K-adult.

We hope you will find this collection helpful during this stressful time. If you are looking for more - check out Story Time with Boys Town Press here!

Please also visit the Boys Town Hotline website: Your Life Your Voice. This is a great tool for parents and youth. Downloadable tips and resources are available, along with contact information for phone, text, and chat options.

Kids can also download the My Life My Voice app. It's a great tool to help teens think about how they are feeling and track their emotions.
