Materials needed:

    • A very heavy object, like a full file cabinet, a pile of bricks or stones, etc.
    • Some type of reward, such as free “No Homework” passes, gift cards, or food
    • Paper
    • Pencils
    • “What Motivates Me?/What Makes Me Want to Give Up?” T-chart worksheet (provided as a PDF)
